You can ask us to delete personal information connected with you or a message you sent to Zenentre.

How to make a request

Use our Contact page and begin your message with “Delete my data”. Include only the details we need to find the information, such as the email or phone number you used, a coupon code, or the approximate date of your visit.

What happens next

We may ask for a simple verification before deleting information. Some passenger activity uses an anonymous browser identifier, so we may not always be able to connect a record to a particular person. We will explain what we found and what we can remove.

Records we may need to keep

We may retain limited information when it is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or another legal obligation. Any retained information will remain limited to that purpose.
